Absolute horrible experience. The employees at this location are rude, not organized, unprofessional, and misleading. I was given a dirty car. I waited 25 mins while employees tried to give me 3 different cars before finding one that was actually clean? No employees available or direction given at drop off/ rental return. I had to hunt down a Sixt employee for my rental return. NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Multiple calls placed to Customer service - multiple emails attempts made to customer service and nobody answers phone or answers back.nSixt should be ashamed of the way they conduct business with their customers.

I am very disappointed with my rental. Never recommend this company to a friend.nn- I couldn't get shuttle so took Uber to the place for 40$n- the office wasn't open: I wait an hour to 7 am.n- There was no car I have bookedn- the taxes and insurance made the car super expensive (200$ day)n- the superviser was nice and give me jeep like upgrade but I didn't like the car at all. It was uncomfortable, had strange roof, very noisy. I spent a lot on the gas and couldn't connect my phone properly.n- I couldn't extend the car on the website and app: it didn't workn- I couldn't reach any customer support all nightn- I got assisted after 30 minutes on the phone at 7 am in the day of return and the customer service couldn't extend my booking because I needed to use different cardn- I wrote an email and got 2 different emails back with different information about pricingn- I couldn't finally pay at the place because the supervisor couldn't get my card as it's digital ( my physical one was stolen )n- I waited for 2 hours in car return
