I love this location. I have been renting from here for a year and I have remained loyal...the only reasons are :Traci and Anita—they are fantastic. They care about customers, always answer and have helped me more times than they know, I’m sure. I will remain a customer exclusively at this location and I’m so happy to have a place I can trust.
Car rental was fine until the day of the return. We were almost back to Orlando when we got a call from the woman at the car rental place wanting to know where we were that we had till 11:50 to get the car back. We had asked before we left if we were a few minutes late was there somewhere we could drop the key and was advised the front desk. She was quite rude when she came back with “well I have that car rented out at 11:50 it needs to be here now” we got back at like 11:54 it was before noon. The people were on the curb waiting for it. I’m pretty sure the car did not get cleaned. It was not dirty but I doubt that it was sanitized before they took it. I thought she was very rude!!!
I give 5 stars, despite our vehicle not being available, since both Allison at the desk and Traci the manager tried to correct the problem as best they could and in the end I was very fairly reimbursed. Location was great and drop-off was a breeze. Thank you!
We switched one of our rental cars into something larger and the desk agent was great. Very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. I'd recommend this place.
The team was very helpful and responsive. Vehicle was clean and efficient.
