I visited another hotel in the area but picked up my car at the b hotel on Lake Buena Vista was fabulous. Where would i pick a car now from you. I know the airport rate is usually 10-25% higher.
Best Enterprise location NATION WIDEnnnot only are they friendly, but they are clean, CLEAR, FAIR and very helpful. No BS. They have amazing costumer service. If every Enterprise was like this Branch, people would trust car rentals even more. The cars were clean, well maintained, and the STAFF. wow! the Staff felt like family. They did an AMAZING job for us. Our vacation was highlighted by their helpfulness. Amazing branch! Will come to rent from them again when im in the area!
Had the best rental car experience. I was picked up on time from my Disney World resort. Upon arrival I was greeted by Megan who was informative and pleasant. The car was new and clean, as well as had a full tank. When I went to drop the car off Rachelle was very helpful, as I switched last minute to drop it off at MCO, and she made it very easy. I highly recommend renting a car from this location.
Great customer service. The car I waned was not immediately available so I took what they had, but I received a call 3 days later when the car I wanted was ready and available. Excellent Service. Thank you
The staff at the Enterprise desk at the B Resort in Orlando have always been extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. I was picked up at the Contemporary Hotel on time as requested and he was extremely friendly and did not accept a tip. He walked me inside to the counter to be greeted immediately. I gave my debit card and drivers license and signed the paperwork. The staff member who walked outside with me already knew of a scratch on the car's bumper as she had inspected it earlier as well and make sure the car was perfectly clean and in Tip-Top shape for me to drive away in. The entire process took less than 5 minutes from the initial greeting until I had the keys in my hand but I did not feel rushed or ignored at any point. Every year, when I come back to Orlando, I get my car from this location for this reason.
