Another company managed to leave me without a rental when i arrived in Orlando on a Saturday night. I was able to talk to Dalia from the Disney Springs office and not only did she take care of me by getting me a car but even went so far as to call me back just to make sure that I was taken care of and that I had the car that I wanted...A huge thank you to Dalia...a wonderful example of what great customer service should be.
When we went to get in the car there were rust marks and scratches. The gas was also oldmost empty and there wasn't a very good selection of cars to chose from. It wasn't horrible but I was not fond of this.
If it zero stars was an option that’s what I would rate this location and company as a whole. Incompetent, disgusting, and flat out negligent. Agent at this location never explained anything. Waited over an hour to receive a vehicle that had disgusting interior and the outside look like it had been in a collision. I’ve attempted to contact the company as a whole to resolve any issues with no results. No valid email for customer service and every time you call corporate number they mysteriously loose connection. Save yourself the time and hassle and do not and I repeat DO NOT ever rent from this company, especially at this location.
