first please note that this rental car service is essentially a counter inside the Hilton palace Vienna Vista at Disney springs hotel. It closes at 5 p.m. and you cannot pick up the car after 5 p.m. unless you pick it up earlier and park it and pay for the day parking at the hotel and also pay an extra day of rental service.nnO.J. who works in man's this station is incredibly helpful. He will give you all possible options if you need to work outside of 5 p.m. with other national car rental services in the area.nnI had to pick up the car at 8 p.m. from filter but it was closed so feeling for me to be picked up from the car service at Disney to their other national service and allowed me to pick up the car at 8 p.m. from their lot.
The did an awesome job. Let me pick my car, tank was full, service was friendly and fast. Terrific!
