This location exemplifies customer service. I have to recognize Cassandra Messer. She went above and beyond communicating in a professional yet humble manner. She understood my hardship on a personal level and did everything she could to leave me a satisfied customer. As a President’s Circle Member service is a top priority. I greatly appreciate her customer service, respectful attitude and great representation of the HERTZ brand. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.
Great experience renting from Hertz. Cassandra is extremely helpful, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Only giving 4 stars because the car smelled of smoke.
Cassie made sure I was taken care and informed of all necessary data for my rental.. She is very knowledgeable and exceeds her customer skills. She deserves a pay raise.
Not impressed. I have rented cars for over 30 years. I have never been given a dirty car and told the city does not let them wash cars. Then take it to a car wash. I was scheduled to return the car on a Friday at 2pm and online it said it was open. I arrived and it was closed. I understand it was the day after Thanksgiving but why didn't they tell me when I rented it. I returned the key in the drop box but was charged Saturday, Sunday, and Monday until they processed the check-in.
Good experience even now when there are almost no cars available they find me one with good deal
