I pick up Enterprise rental cars from branch office in Fernandina Beach, Florida 32034 about 3 times per month for business travel. The waiting time is short and they are always friendly, efficient and helpful. When I reserve a car, if for some reason that level car is not available, they upgrade me to a higher level car.nnEnterprise has locations everywhere. When I have had problems such as a nail in th tire, oil warning light coming on or even just a rough sounding engine, it has always been easy to find an Enterprise location nearby to exchange the car. They always seem to be pleased to help out.nnWhen I fly for business travel I pick up Enterprise rental cars at my destination airport where I am a new face for the staff. While they are still friendly, efficient and helpful, Enterprise does not seem to have a system to let them know that I am a platinum member. When I check in to hotels or airlines, they always recognize my status. It seems like a simple and cheap way to make frequent customers feel special. It also advertises the Enterprise Plus program to others waiting in line. I wonder why Enterprise does not do this?

Enterprise on Amelia Island is the best! Excellent customer service and rental cars. Justin is the gentleman who assisted us when getting the right rental car. I highly recommend asking for him.

One of the best Enterprise--or any brand--rental offices in the country. Friendly CSRs, clean cars, will pick you up when and where you ask with a smile and friendly conversation. They take the reservation and keep the reservation...they always have the car you reserved (not so in many places!)

Amanda my representative was great. The price I felt was excellent. Enterprise is effectively our only choice but they operate like they are competing for your business.

Awesome, fast safe service. I was a bit of trouble and they gladly assisted me with everything. I love enterprise, i have been renting from them since 2009 and have never had a problem, they've always been there for me. And they're rewards program has earned me several free rentals. 5 stars all the way:)
