ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! We reserved a vehicle 2 weeks before our trip. Arrive to pick it up on the morning we scheduled and was informed that they didn’t have anything yet & would call as soon as they had something ready. Waited for hours & decided to call...maybe it got busy and they forgot. Well, again we were told they didn’t have anything and they would call. Waited several hours AGAIN and it was getting close to time we needed to leave. So we stopped by to find out what was going on. We get there and they’re about to close for the day. I explain to the guy what was going on, he asked who I spoke with, I tell him “Issac”...he claims “Oh, I’m glad you told me but we still don’t have anything.” I asked “So, you could call us and tell us that?” All he can say is “I’m sorry about that. I have a 15 passenger van though.” If I needed a 15 PASSENGER VAN, I would’ve reserved it!! Now...I’m out here trying to find a rental. What’s the purpose of “RESERVING” if you’re not going to have a vehicle anyhow? NEVER going back to Enterprise Homestead!!!! If I could’ve given them ZERO stars, I would’ve!!

Customer service was great. The online reservation and pick up and drop off were fast and easy.nnThe vehicles maintenance seemed good except that the windshield wipers just smeared. Inside and out the car was not clean. Brown yuck down inside a compartment where I put my water, dash was dusty, and the windshield was dirty on the inside.

Last Thursday rented a 7 passenger van. The car was in very good shape, it performed great 5 stars, reservation and pick up 5stars the app was really good and easy to use. However, i was given the car 30 mins late because they were “cleaning it & disinfecting it”. Well , the car was disgusting, windshield on the inside was dirty full of some white dust in the mats and everywhere else. Not looking for anything in reward. Just please pay more attention to the health and cleanness of your vehicles.

The reps were very accommodating and professional. They provided courtesy transportation which was extremely appreciated. I tent and I'm a buyer of their cars. Enterprise is the way to travel. ud83dudc4d
