I would like to put 0 stars but I can't. Horrible customer service, especially Ernesto Travieso.
Rented the 2019 Prius Prime to show my husband the great gas mileage it gets. Rental department didn't plug it in & charge it prior to pick up & didn't include the plug for me to do it. This causes the car to get mediocre gas mileage- 50 mpg rather than the 75 plus mpg it gets on a full charge. Wasn't really happy with that service- they don't know how to handle their own cars apparently.
Awesome service
A disaster, some thieves, asked me for a deposit of 5000 dollars. Since my card did not have that amount available, they began to demand that I buy more expensive insurance. This insurance was more expensive than the cost of renting the car. I asked to speak with the mischievous manager Ernesto. Who after telling him what happened I cut the telephone communication. Disaster do not rent there.
Very bad my experience. We hired from Argentina and when we went to withdraw the car we changed the conditions of the deposit to 5000 dollars. speaking alone.de terror
