After receiving a terrible service at the enterprise in Homestead, the service at this enterprise in Florida city was amazing. I called from the Homestead enterprise because they did not have a vehicle for me even though I had a reservation. An employees at Florida city assured me they had vehicles and told me to come right over. He took my name and said he would be waiting for me. As soon as I arrived at the Florida city enterprise, I was greeted by Cedric who was very friendly and transferred my reservation from the Homestead store to the Florida city store. They honored my price and were able to give me a vehicle within 15 minutes. I highly recommend the store for excellent customer service!!!
I made reservations and didn’t have a car at the time of my reservation and I paid more the second time I rented and less the first time.... we waited 2 and half hours after my reservation... and they lied about honoring the price that was given to me at the time of my reservation
I love your service I've been renting cars from Enterprise for over 8 years the service is great your team members are amazing and very respectful and they will not let you walk out about putting a smile on your face and so much just in your heart when walk to Enterprise it's like my second home
