Great. Insurance company recommended them after disapointing experience with Enterprise. Door to door service. Clean, new car. I have hard the loaner for about one week will return this Monday., March 22, 2021.

I have to laugh at the review below by crazy lady Deborah LaGrasso. I was witness to her arrival that day into Go Rentals in Boca Raton. She walked in off the street to pick up an Escalade but her name was not on the reservation. It is a policy of Go Rentals to demand two forms of government ID if the name on the reservation does not match the drivers license of the renter picking it up. The Go Rentals staff were outstanding in trying to calm down this completely insane lady. She actually grabbed their phone and threw it at one of the Go Rentals employees and then, while they still tried to calm her down and hand her a cold water, she threw that at the staff also!!! The Go Rentals staff at Boca is 5 Star in every manner. Crazy lady Deborah LaGrasso fails to put in her review that she not only called the staff F-Bombs repeatedly, but she also physically threw two different things at them. Go Rentals Regional Manager Bruce Woodrell went above and beyond trying to calm this lady down and get her out of the FBO, but airport security finally had to be called on her. There were many, many witnesses to this event and they applauded when she was finally escorted out of the FBO. It’s sad how childish and crazy it is that this lady has to “hide” behind her keyboard and leave this attack on such an outstanding company!
