This facility is professional and prompt..i came here because the hialeah facility closed before the time stated and posted..nIn Miami lakes Javier was very helpful, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. Had I known of this facility I would've come here directly to return car. Atleast they work and do not leave early nor ignore the phone calls as hialeah. I suggest if in neighborhood go to miami lakes on red road.

Staff is unprofessional. The workflow simply doesn't work and is not adapted for regular Hertz customers.nWhen booking a car months in advance, I shouldn't be told that the car itself is not available and it's been 1.5 days they are looking for it (car rent was a convertible Mustang or Camaro, received a Dodge Charger). Went there twice and heard each time a customer complaining that they didn't have the car expected.nStaff is minding more their own business than taking care of the customers. Discussing together, saying hi to friends passing by, taking forever for a simple drop-off.nI've using Hertz since years, with my different companies but this reached a state where I don't have the service I'm paying and I consider it as inappropriate. That's probably one of the last time I'm using Hertz for rental cars.nI put two stars because of the 50$ the manager gave me as a discount on the rental. He was the most professional and serious guy from the team.
