Bottom line: AVOID this company!! I booked what I thought was a fantastic rate (which should have been my first hint that something was wrong). It says “free shuttle” on the website - which is actually the hotel shuttle, which runs every hour on the hour. I called the number in my confirmation email; no answer. I called the hotel; some girl says he isn’t here yet but the shuttle would be by in about 30 minutes. I didn’t want to wait so I got an Uber. I get to the hotel & now there’s a guy at the front desk & he tells me the car rental company is closed on weekends. I’m like ... I have a confirmation email? He suggests I go check the office; nobody is there. He suggest I call; I tried every number and no answer. I ask what else I could do & he suggests going to the airport to rent a car through someone else. But I would have to wait another 45 minutes for the shuttle to take me back. I ended up renting with another agency but this was an awful way to start my vacation and if this is how these people do business, DO NOT BOTHER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not to mention how much more expensive it is when you can’t book in advance - but I thought I was good to go because they sent a confirmation email. So awful.
We experienced great customer service with Roberto and a very reasonable rate on a nice car after all the rental places in the airport tried to rip us off! We will definitely use this service again next time we come to Miami
They sent me a conformation and when i vo to get it the guy tell me he dont have a. Car but the car was setting out there
I wish I could give 0 stars do yourself a favor and stay away from these people for they are a HUGE FRAUD
