The Assistant Mannage was great at getting me my car and getting me out the door really fast.
This is the best location to rent a car from here in Miami. Charlie was great and very very helpful.
Everything was fine until they charged me for 2 days instead of one. Even though at check-out the guy said one day of charge but when I got the receipt in email it was 2 days. ALWAYS double check your receipt with Enterprise.
Miami Springs was the best called 5 others no one wanted to help excellent customer service
Chris was very accommodating. He helped us figure out our rental with almost no notice and provided very friendly customer service. He was very professional and explained everything very well. He also worked with us to coordinate an airport drop off as well. Great service!
