Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Love renting from them. I have to rent often to make trips to SC to get my mom. Their vehicles are always clean and beautiful! It's always unlimited mileage which is awesome considering Florida to SC is a drive.

Reserved a car with their reservation team and was told they would come pick me up. Waited 1.5 hrs called to find out what was taking so long and was informed we don't do pickups. Thats fine we will never do business enterprise again since your reservation team doesn't know what the company policies are.

Had a great experience yesterday had the vechile for a week very clean even as a last minute pick up had done a fantastic job, thank you Danielle for your costumer service .

Great customer service. However, the cars are limited, but thankfully I was able to get a good mid sized 2021 SUV, because a Van was the next available vehicle lol.

I’ve rented from enterprise for years. I well never rent from them again! They claimed that the car was “smoke out” is what they called it. I NEVER smoked in the car. I tried explaining that to them. They didn’t care. They even had everyone pitch in after a long hold. They claimed that they gave me a warning. Warning for what? I made sure they knew they would never get service from me AGAIN!nP.s. I should have took the sign God gave to me before I pulled out the parking lot because they were telling another customer that they’re rental was “smoked out”! They’ll do anything for that extra 250$. You can take the 250$ and shove up it up their a**. Never again!!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would do that. They don’t even deserve ONE star!
