I am not sure exactly the name of the drivers but they have been wonderful to my mother for all of her transports. They always make sure she is comfortable on the ride and feels safe. Tracecare Plus has been transporting my mom for about 2 years now and are always on time and very professional. I am sorry i took so long to right a review for you guys at Transcare Plus but you deserve to be recognized for your effort and services that you are providing for Hernando county. Thank you.

I would love to thank the fine gentleman of Transcare Plus. They transported myself to my Doctors appoint last week and did a phenomenal job. i was not able to drive myself anymore due to medical condition but they reassured me they could help. Not only did they transport me be they also assisted me in and out of the house and made me feel so comfortable. I will surly be using them for all my doctors appointments.

My grandma absolutely loved the trip. They had nice conversation, and spoke my grandma's native language (Spanish). She talks about riding with them all the time, so now we ride with them regularly. Clearly 5 stars and if anyone disagrees they don't know what they are talking about.

If you're looking for a non-emergency medical transport company that treats you right, this is the one! I had hip injury and needed to be transported to my appointment up near Bayonet Point via wheelchair. It was a last minute call, but they took care of me anyways. The service guys that picked me were very professional and courteous, and were on time for the drop-off and pick-up. I highly recommend this company to everyone!
