No outside signage - frustrated b4 even entering. Heavy accent by agent so much need in heavy repeating of data. Car was not available as ordered. They had to get it from airport - 2hrs. Other than that - friendly sufficient service.

Worst experience EVER with a rental. Had a timed appointment for pick up at 12pm got there at 1145am and we were told the cars were “being serviced” and it would be another hour. Came back at 1:15pm and now the guy said he wasn’t sure when he would have a car ready for us that they were waiting for people to return their rentals. One couple in the waiting room had been waiting over 3 hours for their rental even! We quickly canceled and went to straight to enterprise. Never again will we book through hertz.

Most of the Hertz rental car places have closed around Florida not very good to rent from one place and have them close the next day that's where they only get one star very poor service.

I will never rent a car from this location again. The Ford dealership was great they paid for the rental, but I was asked if I wanted to get extra coverage. I was told total coverage for 3 days would be $60.00, when I got my Visa bill they charged me $180.00 plus tax for the coverage. I could pay for 2 months of coverage for that price, and the vehicle they gave me was not clean..Enterprise Rental is the way to go.nThis company is deplorable, and not very honest and did not want to hear my complaint. NEVER AGAIN....

The customer service was absolutely terrible. They were not accommodating at all, and they forged a customer service survey in my name. I was not given a car that met my needs and they were not willing to work with us. The company is very difficult to get a hold of as well. Please avoid and use a different car rental service.
