I love Judy to death! She has always been AMAZING! We did have a huge issue the last 2 times. I won't go into details here. Still love the service!

Had no problems renting a car the lady at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made renting a car easy.

Worse service ever reservation #43607845us1. Talked to gentlemen at front desk and he attempted to put me with a 6 month old baby in an extremely smoked out car! Like could have made her sick that is how bad it is. Asked gentlemen at front desk for another car he said well can’t do nothing about it we aren’t a detailing company take it or leave it! Seriously!!! Then he attempts to tell me to take it and see if they’ll switch you out at the airport not sure if they would switch you out!!! Seriously!!! I call the supervisor and even he says the same exact thing! No sympathy no care in the world supervisor also says nothing we can do take it or leave it!!! Stay away from this place or you’ll most likely regret it and wish you paid attention to this review! Avis as a company is terrible when a supervisor at corporate shows no care in the world that means the company as a whole has no care in the world for a customer. Company’s motto clearly is “who cares how bad the car is no discount no finding a car take it or leave it!!!”

Rented car online through Priceline. Showed up presented valid New Jersey drivers license . They refused to rent the car said I needed a passport. Manager was very rude and when asked if someone could take to house 5 miles away he replied take an Uber. Why they need a passport? Corporate said no passport is needed with valid drivers license. Would never rent from this place again:

The worst customer service in the history of customer service. Just flat out terrible, if not the worst!
