Avis Car Rental

All I can say is WOW. I made a reservation online for two days. Paid in advance. When I arrived I was told “you are going to be waiting awhile, we have no cars”. Upon probing to see what that even meant, I was informed that I should have called the branch to confirm because “corporate does that”. And there will be no cars coming. That’s right. No cars. He then gave me the customer service number. Guess what. Not a working number. I called the reservation desk and they tried to tell me they can send me to another location. Why on earth would I trust them to send me all over town in HOPES that the other ones actually have a car? No thanks. The manager at this branch basically said good luck. Stayed on his phone the whole time. No attempt at resolution. I’m beyond disgusted at this company. Yes the whole company.nShame on you.

Arrived and waited a very long time, only to realize that the person being served and who had been waiting for a truck he had reserved four days ago was not being served, because the worker (whose mask was at his chin), could not log in and could not reach his manager, and didn't have the common sense to try to process the other patrons who might not require him to log in to the system he had problems with. The first patron, who had been waiting for an half hour finally went outside to wait to see if the manager would call in and the line advanced. We are being processed, when the worker told us that our reserved van is not available. However, he then told someone who phoned in to find out if they could rent a van that they could pick up the vehicle that he told us was not available. Very poor customer service We took our business to a competitor. We won't be doing business with these folks again.

Nice friendly folks in this location. With avis, a reservation means you will have that vehicle when you arrive.. maybe enterprise should learn what the word reserved means..

This place is horrible! Do NOT rent a car from here. You are better off going to a main branch and getting treated with dignity and respect. Cars are limited and service is non existent. It’s an independent affiliate and not part of AVIS. Avoid at all costs

Not bad but staff could be a bit more friendly.
