Budget Car Rental

This is the worst place to rent in regards to vehicles as well as customer service. The customer service rep I encountered was very rude, short-tempered, and dismissive. She'd provided me with a mini SUV which appeared nice and well kempt, but once I drove it around the lot, there was a knocking sound coming from the passenger side of the vehicle. I informed the customer service rep who then became hostile in tone. At the time she stated she doesn't have any other rentals, therefore I informed her to provide me with a refund. I've never had my credit card ran before inspecting any vehicle when renting. Immediately she was able to provide me with a white Kia Forte. From the time I received the vehicle the low tire pressure notification was on.nToday, 12/28/20, I returned Budget's car and I encountered yet another disgruntled Customer Service Rep, by the name of Alex Edmond. Upon his return inspection, he stated the low tire signal was on. I informed him to the signal being on from the time I officially pulled out of the car lot. Mr. Edmond was requesting the physical original rental agreement paperwork, in which I did not have on my person. He begin to threaten me with extra charges, yet these were 2 faulty vehicles, in just one first-time rental, with Avis/Budget I encountered.nI work hard and I know we are in trying times, but an attitude of gratitude with customers will and can make or break a company. This was a disappointing and traumatic encounter and I would not wish this on anyone.

A mess at this place. I made my reservation for an SUV and paid and got there on time, but it was given to someone that made their reservation after me because I didn't have a credit card for a jeep or van, I only use my debit card and I never had any issues before with a rental. Everyone there was all over that place. Poor guy in there trying to satisfy everyone that he would help the person that came there 3 hours after their reservation. I will continue going to the best one in Fort Lauderdale where I've never had an issue there.

I rented an SUV, I got a Jeep Wrangler, it was clean. The person that helped me over the phone was very nice and friendly, when I went to pick up the vehicle that person was also friendly and when I went to drop it off, they were friendly also. I really liked the warm and friendly atmosphere especially during this pandemic.

I've been to this location a couple of times, no issues. The process is usually pretty quick. Place is small, but clean.

The car was the worst ever. Mitsubishi suv. Drove like a car without alignment. The car smelled awful. Even after wiping it down it was gross. The picking up process was quick. The particular guy who assist me was wonderful.
