Enterprise Rent-A-Car

If I could give 0 stars, trust me I would. From the minute I was seen I was lied to by “the manager”. I was getting a car rental supplied by Toyota at this location and they told me from the beginning to be careful because they lie. First lie, they tried to charge me a $150 deposit when it was only $50. Made me feel like I was treated differently because of my age or because I looked young. Offered me no good cars. I would be keeping the car for a month so wanted something I was comfortable in. Every car I inquired about apparently wasn’t available. Asked about a car before someone else and they gave it to him, claiming he had a reservation when he clearly said he didn’t have a reservation. Offered me the same car I have, I wanted it, then of course it needed an oil change. Claimed they would call if they got a car, never called but I went every morning and afternoon to see their inventory and they lied about it too because there were exact cars that I asked for. The car still hasn’t come back from the oil change. Found a similar car, called and requested it. You guessed it. Needed an oil change. Every car I ask for apparently needs an oil change. I ask 1 question and they now hold that against me as a “requirement” that I want which is not true. So now I know not to ask questions or they will be held against me. Definitely calling corporate or whoever I need to since they can’t be truthful and find me a car.

I made a reservation for a car and when I got to enterprise my car was not ready as stated in the reservation. I waited at the enterprise for over an hour before I was informed that my rental was not available and that they had no cars available and that that had to go to another location to pick up a car! After I asked how long it would take I was told that they would call me. Four hours later, I receive a call that my car was available! Unbelievable! I had a reservation!

I have rented from Enterprise for years, I am even a preferred customer but this location is the worst. This location was really good when Anthony was apart of the team, now the customer service is a nightmare. We rented a vehicle from this location for 2 days we wanted to extend the rental for an additional day we tried for 2 days to get thorough and no one picked up the phone. Finally, on the 2nd day after several calls we get through, we speak with Bruce (manager) he puts us on hold for 10 minutes before the phone is disconnected. He doesn’t try to call back, so again here we are trying to get through for another additional 30 minutes. When we do get through again, Bruce picks up again, I explain to him that I was hung up on and he lies and says it was someone else who took the call, which was clearly a lie because he has a very distinctive voice. The call was on speaker phone and we could hear the other employees giggling in the background. How unprofessional is that? I will never rent from this location again unless there is different management. For him to be a manager, he handled the situation very poorly. No apology for the long wait, the time we spent on hold or the call being disconnected. I normally wouldn’t even write a review but after reading some of the reviews at this location, I just had to. If you are in need of a rental please save yourself the time and frustration and rent from a different Enterprise location because this one is definitely not it.

They refuse to come pick me up from the dealership. When I got there they were rude to the car dealership staff and myself ignored us as we approached. When they provided me the vehicle the vehicle said maintenance required. When I have to use a rental vehicle I don't want to have to worry that there is going to be a problem with the rental vehicle. I brought this to the staff's attention and they said it's nothing just ignore it. This is not solve any problems or make me feel any better that this vehicle needs to be serviced. Very disappointing and interaction and if I had a choice I would not use them again.

No planning they did not have a car available for me even though I booked months ago they were nice and they did find me a car but it was an ordeal waiting there than waiting at another place they need to plan ahead and know what reservations they have and what options to give customers instead of having them wait
