I have rented cars from Enterprise before and this time was just as easy as the last time. Very friendly staff that was very helpful in getting my reservation set up. I had to change the date to the following day with no problems at all. Returning the car was easy as they picked it up from the dealership I purchased a car from. I was credited the difference the following day back to the charge card I used. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise!
I originally made the reservation for the Mukwonago location, however they are temporarily closed. They called early enough to let me know and the transition was as smooth as can be. All of the people there are super friendly
Love renting from the Enterprise on Paramount in Waukesha. They are always SUPER friendly. The cars are always clean and mechanically sound. Wouldn't rent from anyone else.
We typically go between Enterprise and one other rental company. This year the cost savings through Enterprise was considerable!!! Each person I was in contact with was friendly and professional. I appreciated that they reached out to me during our trip to ask if there was anything that we needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would gladly turn to Enterprise for the next rental.
