Location unwilling to work with a loyal Enterprise customer because I had an out of state cdl driver's license. issue was regarding using a credit card vs debit card to pay for a 2nd reservation that they required in order to get a weekend special they offer. Because of their deposit required it declined the credit card and locked it out of their system then wouldn't accept s debit card as payment. Totally unacceptable and left me stranded without a car for the rest of my vacation. Thanks for nothing Enterprise!!!

I had a fantastic experience with this company! I first called the more well-known Enterprise for a rental car, and they quoted me a very high price for a basic car. Next, I called Mayfair and their rate was much more reasonable! The car that they had be drive was beautiful, very modern, and the person who helped me was super friendly and professional. He even volunteered to help me out by giving me a ride to the car dealer that I needed. You can be sure that I will use Mayfair again and call them first. Excellent customer service and great cars. . you can't go wrong!

Amanda was absolutely fabulous when I checked out my vehicle. She went extra mile to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I had and she made me feel extremely important. There are many car rental businesses in the area, but without a doubt a I will return to Mayfair because of the excellent service Amanda gave. In this day and age with stiff competition in every industry the people that service the customer can give us that competitive advantage we need to stay ahead. I will continue to choose Mayfair!

Bit high on pricing compared to competition online. Car was clean. Desk staff friendly.nnThey are extremely picky about any small damage i.e. small chip in paint from rock on road. Enterprise will let it go as normal wear and tear. Very aggressive on insurance info even with renting using Visa extra coverage.nnManager is unhelpful in price matching and will jack the rate if you want to extend. Was going to stay a few extra days using the car visiting family. Price was almost double for just 2 extra days. Would only go here again as a last resort. Could use a refresher in customer service skills.nnTake your own photos if your forced to rent here. Outside, inside and gas gauge. Gas was low but marked full. Staff did fix.
