They said they were open until 5pm to pick up a rental but we are arrived at 440 and no one was there. So I say negative 3 stars

For our drive and a long weekend in Kansas City Missouri our family recently rented a roomier SUV from Adam. The rental process was (used Costco site) speedy and efficient. Prior to the pick-up day I had talked to Adam (Enterprise/Slinger) on the phone a couple of times with a few rental-related questions...each time he was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. On departure day Adam offered up an upgrade to an even larger SUV for a couple dollars more a day. The time it took to get the paperwork completed and to get get us on the road was minimal. Adam helped make renting this car an easy and pleasant exerience.

Enterprise in Slinger is a great location for pick up and drop off. In the past we've had to go as far as Milwaukee for car rentals. The branch manager, Adam, was very helpful. He was able to accomodate the length of my rental when I extended my stay out of state. The only reason that it is not a five star review is that they are not open on weekends and therefore you are unable to return the vehicle until the next business day unless returning to an alternate location, which may not be as convenient. I would absolutely recommend this location, as well as use their services again.

They are always super nice and accommodating here. I've been dealing with a recall for several months which is why I've been in a rental and they always make sure I'm comfortable in my rental vehicle and help me any way they can.
