Personnel were friendly and provided sufficient details on the auto that we rented. Our vehicle served our purposes for needing to rent a car. Would highly recommend Germantown WI Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a Corolla while my car was being repaired at nearby Caliber Collision. (Extremely satisfied with Caliber btw). I was not impressed with my Enterprise experience. The only reason I chose Enterprise was because it was right around the corner from Caliber. I received NO paperwork from Enterprise about the rental or the damage that was already on the car, and they did not explain their policy that they charge a full day regardless of what time you return the car. I returned the car before 8:30 am and was charged a full day. Never received a receipt and only got $119 back from my $200 deposit with no explanation. Had to call twice to get an answer because no one ever returned my first call. Had to ask for a receipt. Advice: use Budget or Hertz.

Very disappointing experience! Whatever was used to clean the window - not something like Windex left a serious mess that appeared once out of direct sunlight and I wound up needing to clean all the windows in the vehicle inside and out so I would be able to see driving at night. I left a message the evening of pickup asking for a call about this on the next business day and still have not received a call back.nnDue to their reduce hours I had to pick it up a day earlier than I needed and drop it off a day and a half past when I brought it back. This drove the rental price from about $600 to almost $1,000 for the extra unused days.nnI have tried calling the location to speak to someone to address these concerns during business hours and hung up after holding 36 mins one time and 39 another time.nnTerrible experience and follow up
