Quick & easy to rent & return. Employees we great & worked with me! Truck was perfect for our trip! 10/10 recommend

Went to pick up a reservation during business hours (after 9:30 AM when the place opens at 9:00) and the place is locked and no answer on the phone. Even got a call from them the day before confirming the reservation. There was another customer that showed up with the same problem as us while we were trying to figure out what to do. Had to call the corporate line and get the reservation transferred to another location and drive over there, and there's a huge line of people waiting. Gonna be getting a late start on the trip today. Good luck with this location, you're on your own.

Service at the North Ogden Enterprise is great. The employees are courteous and helpful. The only issue I have is they are not required to have a full tank at the time I pick up my vehicle. I was heading straight to Vernal and had to stop to fill up the tank. That was inconvenient. When it's returned, I'm required to fill it only to where it was when I started. I took a picture of the gas gauge before I left, but that's a tricky to get it back to the same spot and not over pay filling too high. It's a ridiculous policy that they don't have the tanks topped before they rent.

My son had to get a rental due to an accident, we live 25 miles from the closet Enterprise so we had to rush down as they close at 6 and we don't get off work until after 5, picked up car with no problems. When we went and dropped off the car, the employee was in such a hurry, just took the key, wrote mileage down, said would charge the card for what we owed and email a receipt, he then hurried into the store locked the door so we couldn't ask any questions. Then found out they charged him for damage waiver that we declined, then called to get it fixed and the employee would even listen and only refunded $50 out of the $151.92, so now have to call and deal with them again, called them again, still rude and not very caring, will never go to the one on Washington Blvd
