Very bad service! I do not recommend anyone to rent a car at this location. My pick up is at 9 am. Get there nobody in the office. I call many.... time nobody answer. Wait for one hour later nobody show up. Came back 2 hours later nobody there. Happened two times to me. I have to go across the street to rent a car from enterprise at a very.... high rate. We have to change our trip time and reschedules our meeting time.AGIAN I DO NOT RECOMMENDED

Jenni has always given me great service. For a person that has a lot of running around to do she sure gets the job done. You go girl! Avis budget is lucky to have you.

Polite and courteous, always have a clean car. I come up here Every summer for the fishing and golfing. never had to wait for my car, but then again some people have no patience, keep up the good work Avis. At least you won’t deny me at the counter like enterprise did. Even though I had a reservation, what a joke.

WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER - and I never even got a car!nnReservation made online to pick up car but arrived at location to find doors locked and nobody is there, mid day on a weekday. Waited in the parking lot (with family member that drove me kindly to the rental location) for an hour, tried the number posted on the door multiple times. No calls back and voicemail is full. Had to cancel multiple meetings and appointments, eventually nobody showed up and now that family member is driving me 2.5 hours round trip so I don't miss a flight out of Milwaukee as well. What a horrible way to do business! This isn't the first time this has happened, but last time I only waited 10 mins for them to show up. This location frequently has a full voicemail and does not answer their phone.nnBe warned, scroll down. I'm not the first person to write an almost identical review.

I spoke with a rep early the day of pick up and she assured me someone would be on site for pick up. My husband arrived and no one was there. Tried calling and voicemail was full. Waited and someone eventually showed up. Dropped off today and same thing, no one was there. I called to confirm the return and got voicemail (not full this time). The rep called me back and apologized, but said they’re very busy. She was nice and was as helpful as she could be, but I think they need more staffing.
