Friendly staff. Nice vehicles. Clean vehicles. Very easy to work with and to extend or shorten rental if needed. ud83dude99. Could use more help at this location, I had to spend an extra $15 on a taxi a couple of times because they did not have an employee available for pick up/drop off. The inside of the vehicle windows all seem to have a fog or film over them that I’m assuming is from whatever sanitation process they use? I just wipe the windshield down every time for a crystal clear view (that’s just a pet peeve for me). A little bit high on the prices, could easily lower them about %10 to %15. All in all I would recommend. ud83dude42

Asked to rent a Dodge mini van but got a Toyota instead.nWith Chrysler products they have the seats store under the floor.nWith Toyota the middle seats push forward to the front seats which eliminate cargo space which I needed on this trip.nAt highway speeds the back of the vehicle vibrated. On checking it out, there were 2 different manufacture tires in back and a different set in front.nThe tail gate didn't automatically shut and you had to force it to shut manually. Might have been in an accident prior to me getting to rent this.nOn the keys, one worked and the other one didn't. They said the battery probably needs replacing. Shouldn't the associates have checked this out before they rented the vehicle?nThe vehicle did get 29 miles to the gallon on the highway, which I was pleased about.nWhen returning the vehicle the manager questioned how many miles I put on the vehicle. This was suppose to be uneliminated.nIn conclusion; the vehicle did get me to point A and back.nThe management team I do have some concern onncustomer service. They need more training.

Very friendly and accommodating. Came and picked me up plus dropped me off. The car was clean and awesome. Thanks to it being an eco car, gas was a small price. Will use again!

When quoted for the week, I was quoted for just the car and not for the total cost (which was a $250 difference and didn't know it). I ended up keeping the vehicle for the week (again, not knowing about the ACTUAL charge)only to find out that, not only was I NOT getting my deposit back, I still owed $175!!! Don't think I'll ever rent from enterprise again. My account is now in the negative. NOT happy.
