I came toward the end of the day and received very friendly assistance. Team member invited me to accompany to look at the car to see if any nicks on windshield, paint, etc. I appreciated that. It was also explained to me how to open trunk and get gas cap open. The car was very clean. I appreciated the plan that let me buy gas at lower price than market value and not worry about filling the gas tank before returning the car. It was a convenient arrangement that local Enterprise had with the business that restored our own vehicle that I just left the rental there and not worry about how to get the rent back to Enterprise office from the repair center.

I do like to rent a car from enterprise but lately they haven’t met the expectations. Last couple of rentals, mileage were too high on the cars, car wasn’t cleaned, gas tanks were never full, never picked me up on the time. I would still encourage you to rent at this place, all you have to do is to let them know your expectations and if those are not met then go shop somewhere else.

The Hudson, Wi Enterprise Car Rental is a great place to rent any vehicle for any reason or amount of time. They have always given me the best opportunity to save money and have the kind of vehicle I am interested in, but they always up me one even two levels to something even better at no extra charges!!! Thank You for making the entire process always a great experience

Make sure when you go there that everything is signed had that there is no other expectations. Enterprise did not want to give me my points they wanted to charge me more at the end when I called corporate they said somebody else would get a hold of me nobody ever did I called four times each time they told me somebody from corporate would get a hold of me nobody has. Would not recommend this company

Rented a economy car for a week through the online service in Hudson, WI because my car needed service. Since the car I rented needed an oil change, they upgraded me for free. The only complaint is apparently they do not pick up on Saturday's and that was the only reason I paid more and went with Enterprise.
