I had a reservation and when i arrived they were prepared for me, had all the paperwork ready,i was there just a short time and in my way. The staff is helpful and polite. I highly recommend them.
TERRIBLE! And not the first time. Ugh.
Excellent service on pick up in WI. When we returned the car to the O'Hare airport location, they helped us find a cart for our luggage. Very important because it is quite a walk to the baggage area.nnVery accommodating people.
Would be a 5 If prices wouldnt be so high. I was renting back in may and only paid 130 now paid over 300 and when I started renting it in August it was a little over 200. Prices should be lower to help people who have to rent the vehicles. I have also applied online to purchase a vehicle someone got hold of me and I return emails and nothing. My credit was ran and lowered my score and got no where.unhappy about this.
I rented a vehicle for one week. Then extended my rental for an additional two weeks. My expierence was a positive one. Pick up was quick, easy and Covid safe. I called when I needed to extend the time of my rental and it was incredibly fast and easy. Customer service was excellent.
