I am very pleased with the customer service I recieve each time I rent a vehicle.
Dont recommend Avis Janesville location. I rented a car from Ohare on a wednesday 2:30pm and returned next day 2:30pm to Janesville location during normal business hours. Walked in and returned keys. Then 5 days later I was charge an additional $184.86 and $483 because they said I had late fees for never returning the car. Avis home Office said the Janesville location never closed out the reservation. Probably because an employee there was driving it around. Once I get the money back I'll update this.
My buddies, make it quick and easy. Reasonable, reliable and very good people. I used enterprise until it became such a hassle that I wouldn't even go back there, then I met these guys and I am glad I did.
We are a small pampered travel company. Since we do not own our own vehicles, we depend upon Avis, Janesville for our passenger van rentals. We are assured that they will always be clean and quality vehicles. Drew & Nick are always attentive to our needs and special requests. We appreciate all they do to make our reputation shine as well.
I will never use budget again. They added in charges to my account. I turned in the truck early and they charged me for someone not being their. I called to ask about it and the guy that answered said if he would have been there outside of business hours he may have not charged me. Then proceeded to say but we weren’t so yep you were charged.
