Rude/unfriendly/ judgemental without knowing what people have going on. Unwilling to help in the store. My debit card information was stolen after prepaying for the rental. Would not/could not change it in person supposedly. Made us call customer service to get help with changing our debit card information. Husband stepped outside to get his driver's license from me and he started helping someone else. Even the other customer commented about how he should have finished with my husband first since he was there first. Awful person to work with.

Scott was fantastic to work with! I had rented a vehicle and when I picked it up it was smaller than I had hoped. Upon speaking with him it turns out their location isn't able to reserve the large SUV's or passenger vans. Bummed out I was trying to figure out how to make our upcoming trip work out. Scott gave me a call later that day and asked if we had actually left on our trip yet, upon learning we hadn't, he mentioned that a large SUV was dropped off and allowed us to come and exchange vehicles before we left. This made all the difference! He didn't have to reach back out to us, but he did and I'm very happy he did!nnSo I now know that these locations are not allowed to reserve larger SUV's (I guess this is reserved for the larger rental locations at airports and such). So ultimately I shouldn't have been able to get into the size vehicle I did. Kuddos to Scott for making it happen!

Horrible. Car was smaller than I ordered. Customer service bad. And they take money several times from your card for who knows what. Give you the run around about it and make you wait for your deposit.

They TOOK our reservations. I dropped off my husband and they did not have a car!! Very unprofessional. The corporate office takes the reservations but they don't check if there are cars there. Total lack of communication.
