Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I talked to someone on Labor Day and I THOUGHT they sent me up with a rental vehicle to pick me up at the location where my car is being fixed. They had said I was all ready to go and someone would be there at 8 AM which was when my appointment was. Then come to find out at 8 AM when I drop off my car to be fixed, no rental vehicle was there. I called the Beloit location and they said that Enterprise doesn’t send our vehicles that I have to pick It up. I had someone come and pick me up and drive me out to Beloit to pick up my rental of a Dodge mini-van. When I got there they were still cleaning out the vehicle. Not even an hour after picking it up I got a flat tire. I tried calling Beloit location 4 times and just keeps ringing, no one answered. I called Janesville location and got through right away. The guy was very nice and said he would call the Beloit location and speak to a manager about having the roadside assistance come out and fix the tire. He said that someone would call me to verify my location and they didn’t. I tried calling the Beloit location again and Jake answered and asked my location which I told him. He said that I would have to pay for the flat tire and that I need to call the Roadside Assistance line and he couldn’t help me further. I’ve been on hold with Roadside Assistance for well over an hour. If I could leave a review of 0 stars- I would.

Always been there when I needed them. Great staff only one that I think doesn't like his job. Everyone else beyond great!

Only place I'll rent from! Amanda is absolutely amazing! Nice to deal with someone who is legitimately happy and provides service with a real smile instead of the typical painted on smile most people give.

Best place to rent a car from! The branch manager in Beloit is awesome! Very helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t rent from anyone else!
