Affordable rental service. Attached to a large hotel which is convenient. It's a little hard to find because the sign is extremely tiny but if you find Delta hotel then it's off to the left of the main entrance.

Went on the web site to book a car for 4 days in Newark Airport, the first time I put my Fastbreak Number in all was fine, and the Pricing looked OK at $350. I turned to take a call, and when I returned and refreshed the screen in 10 minutes the price jumped to double at $700. I tried to Chat with someone but they ended up blatantly telling me that Loyal Fast Break Customers do not the Promotional Rates. So I don't suggest you use them because they are scamming loyal customers. I went Expedia and Advantage car rental instead, and they had the same car for $312 for the 4 days.

Cedric, at your Marriott location in Racine WI, was the most pleasant, accommodating and courteous Budget Representative I have ever dealt with. Unlike picking up a rental at the airport, Cedric took the time to inspect the vehicle with me. He explained all the features of the vehicles and even informed me that the headlights did not go off automatically - something that could have been a big problem had he not pointed that out. Cedric was alone in the office and I was not the only customer but he did not rush me or hurry the process. He is truly a dedicated caring employee and Budget is lucky to have such a conscientious employee!

*Edit* this is not in regards to this Budget location, just Budgrt in general.nnNever again Budget, could not be more disappointed in how you treated a loyal customer! Too long to explain I'm afraid but they will never get another penny from me.
