I love the staff at the Racine location, but on Nov 22nd I rented a car for a week and ended up not needing it past the 1st day so I took it back on a Friday night when they were closed. I've been trying since then to get my refund back. I have called 5 times and every time they say it is on the way - 3 to 5 business days. Still nothing. I am getting so soured on HERTZ. I will probably never use them again even though I've had such great experience with the actual Racine site.

Best prices in town. Cars nice and clean. Staff goes beyond to help you out.
Was charged an upgrade fee even thou they said it was free The car I should have had was not unavailable. Will not go back.
Although I had to cancel my reservation, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and did everything they could to get me what I wanted for a reasonable price.
