My spouse and I reserved a car 2 days in advance. When we got there we were told that our vehicle had a engine light on and there were no other vehicles in that class available. After letting the manager know that we already booked a room out of town and made plans for my bday, they were able to still get us on the road. Enterprise is who I’d recommend. They will meet you more than half way to serve you. The staff were more than helpful and beyond polite. Management was prompt and attentive to our needs. to start off the car we had put a reservation on was not available and didn't know until I was there to pick up the car. The car was not clean and the windshield you could hardly see out of. After signing the papers outside in the sun not knowing what you were really signing, I paid way to much for the mini van. What they tell you and the final paper work are two different costs. There was not a full tank of gas so I had to stop and do that too. I will not go through them again.
