I have rented from Enterprise for nearly 20 years. I have always valued their professional, courteous service. This weekend was different. We had bad weather and I called and left a message that I was running behind and I wasn't going to make it back by the noon closing time. I understand that I had an contractual obligation to be there before noon and would accept a late return charge. However, they called and left me a voicemail on Monday(the next day they were open) and told me since the keys were placed in the drop box after they closed that I was going to be charged through Monday. This increased my 1 day rental charge from $52 to $156. Very disappointing! Normally I would give Enterprise 5 stars...not this time.

Recently had to use a last-minute rental car from enterprise Stevens point Wisconsin wow the cost was more than I wanted it was comparable to other rental cars however. So I can’t fault them for that . The office where I rented the car was outstanding all the employees were extremely helpful the driver they sent to pick me up from my location was extremely well informed the car they gave me a Nissan maximum I wasn’t initially impressed but during the drive it was an awesome car once again the employees there did an outstanding outstanding job getting me in and out with very little hassle thank you guys and yes they did inform me the best place to buy cheese before I left thank you

Sometimes life gets in the way and vacation plans change. Two days before vacation I hit a deer. Luckily Enterprise was there to make sure our vacation was still happening with a rental car. The agents at the Steven Point location were courteous, professional and met our needs. We ended up with an awesome Dodge Charger that brought me back to my youth. Not only did we have an excellent vacation, we had a dependable car and felt like a teenager again.nThank you Steven Point Enterprise!!

The Enterprise experience on both ends of a one way rental was great. The service provided was quick and courteous. My only complaint was the vague scent of cigarette smoke left by a prior renter.

Stevens point,Wisconsin. Excellent service. We added a last minute booking and they were ready waiting for us. They also called us before our reservation began to confirm. Very friendly, cars immaculate, and we picked up and dropped off quickly.
