Very helpful, courteous! They picked me up, just as promised. Car was great, clean, very nice! They let me change cars half way through the rental just because I wanted to have something different for the weekend. Definitely recommend! :)
Very good but the airport taxes are crazy take a taxi to a local rental will save ya some serious money
We rented from here for an 11 day road trip.We noticed we had tabs that were expired. When we returned the car I let them know about tabs and we were given a significant discount for the issue. Very professional and helpful with the planning also. Will utilize this business again.
Enterprise in Hudson Wisconsin is great, they have a professional, friendly, courteous staff that has gone above and beyond expected customer service many times. Would never go anywhere but Enterprise and this location if possible to rent a vehicle.
I own 2 businesses and understand it's hard to please everyone. The negative reviews on this location seem a little petty in my opinion. My experience was excellent. I reserved the car online and picked it up that same day. The Hyundai Sonata got great mileage and we enjoyed using it for our weekend trip to Duluth. I needed to return the vehicle a few hours past the agreed upon drop off time. I called ahead and the staff told me it wasn't a problem. Upon returning the car, the entire staff was very friendly and professional. We will be using this Enterprise location again !
