Service was good. One must note that they just have Chevy car models. Therefore a Chevy compact car may differ with other company compact cars. One I got when went to pick up was way small and had to change to a full size.

So friendly and so helpful. Got a great car for really cheap!

This is LONG overdue and for that I apologize. My 12 year son and I were traveling from centralnIllinois up to Green Bay to take in a Packers game this past December, staying the night in Appleton. About 60 miles short of our destination for the night, we hit a deer (300 miles from home) and it did quite a bit of damage to our vehicle. We limped it down the road in freezing rain and one headlight when the temperature gauge begin to creep up. We pulled into a drive and the man who lived there let us wait for the tow truck and then offered us a ride into Waupun at 7:00 pm. We were able to get a room at AmericInn in Waupun, but still had to figure out a way to get to the game. No car rental places open and no taxi or Uber in the area that I could find. I asked Andrew, the General Manager on duty, if he knew of any transportation we get and he said he would make some calls. About 30 minutes later he called and said that he would be staying overnight due to the freezing rain and that he lived in between Waupun and Appleton and would be happy to take us there in the morning so that we could get a rental car. This caused him to drive over 40 miles out of his way to help out two complete strangers. My son went from bitter disappointment to being super excited for the game again. I made a car reservation with Avis in Appleton, but when we got there I was informed that Avis did not open until 2:00 pm. Well, this would make us miss the game. The customer service representatives at Hertz and Enterprise both said they had nothing available. My son’s face dropped and I told Anne, the customer service rep at Enterprise, what had happened and how far away from home we were and she told us to hang on, she would see what she could do. She not only found us a vehicle, but since it was now snowing, she made sure it was an all-wheel drive. Again, a caring and compassionate person saved the day for us. I will be forever grateful for Anne’s kindness. Thank you, Anne!! I will never forget the kindness you showed us!

I was charged double because I'm keeping the car a few hours lame I will look at other companies the next time I travel to Appleton
