Garbage was left in the car. Had to clean out some one else's garbage including napkins that were used. Yuck! Kinda thought the car would be cleaned in between uses since there's a world wide PANDEMIC going on! When mentioned to the lady on the phone she could have cared less. Gave 2 because I've used avis before and had a decent experience. But shouldn't have to clean garbage from a rental!
Very pleasant people and efficient.
The first rental that was recommended to me had an extremely poor heating system and drove like a tin can. I did not feel safe nor warm enough for the Wisconsin weather. I returned the car and was recommended a Kia Forte which was not clean and service needed indicator lights lit up on the dashboard. One was a triangle with an explanation mark and the other was a warning indicating the tires were to low. The inside of the car had a strong odor smell like burning engine fluid. I was not satisfied with my experience this time.
Late arrival; I didn't have a booking; when I met with the counter clerk the proposed price was much higher than what she initially said; it was difficult to back out; felt trapped. too bad; nice car.
Agent outright lied about the cost of insurance. Will never use Avis again. I highly recommend Enterprise.
