Misleading location info on Expedia. I wasn’t aware the location I rented from was not at the airport. No shuttle meant I had to get an Uber and when returning the location was closed forcing me to return the car to the other location
The guy in this particular location was very rude, and shouldn’t be in customer service, the prices are ridiculous, For 48hrs they charge $139. 35 for a non-refundable prepay fee, and lets not forget the extensive credit check and a pre payment of $239.80 and for non taxable items they charged 5% all Charged to my card . Go to Enterprise Instead you won’t be disappointed nor will you get surprised charges NO one told you aboutud83dude21

The customer service at this location is wonderful and worth the little extra I had to pay. My SUV was very clean and ready to go when I arrived. They give you a lot of value for the price. Thank you AVIS.
