Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We rented a vehicle from West College Ave, Appleton. The car & service was great! They, however, cleaned the car with bleach prior to pick up. Although we appreciate the disinfectant factor, it was very difficult to drive 12 hrs. due to bleach odor. We kept having to roll windows down to eliminate the bleach smell. They maybe should have did a better rinse?

Scheduled a truck 2 days in row and after went through the whole set up and received the confirmation both times, they then called us after we set up plans for the move to inform us they have no trucks and there is a waiting list. Now when we set it up we were told on the phone they had 3 trucks in appleton location but both times we received the call saying we can just be put you on a waiting list. Guy on the phone was very unprofessional and not willing to look or help in any way other then canceling the reservation again for the second time. I hope everyone reads this careful and does not rely there plans on enterprise as I know the feeling to have important plans ruined 2 days in a row. I recommend not to use.

I have repeatedly rented from Enterprise College Avenue. They have always been kind and professional. I've been offered upgrades, didn't even have to ask. Rental car's always there when I go to pick it up. They also are on time when they pick you up to come in to rent. Cory, the manager has gone beyond what he has to, to insure my rental has gone smoothly.nThe company website really needs work. Brother!

I was told over the phone I would receive a Chevy Malibu or Nissan Altima (or something comparable). When the gentleman arrived with my vehicle it was nothing of what I expected. It was a Nissan Rogue Sport. Let’s just say there was NOTHING sporty about this car. It smelled like a dirty ashtray inside. Upon picking up my kids from YCare they could not even get the back doors open or closed. The back seat was extremely small and we struggled with having enough room. I knew this car was not going to work so I called the local branch and said I would PAY for an upgrade since my insurance would only cover a certain amount. I was then told there were no cars available and they would call me when one became available. A week went by and I never received any contact, so I reached out to them again. The girl I spoke to was very helpful and said she could get me a car right away. She said she was not sure why I had not been contacted sooner because there had been cars available for days and then said the person I had spoke to previously was the MANAGER! (He dropped the ball). She then proceeded to get me a different much more convenient and useful car for our family and was only able to offer us 10% off a future rental per the manager...not my idea of compensation for driving around in a clown car ashtray for a week. Bad service all around except for the kind girl who was able to fix the situation and get me a decent vehicle that I was told I would receive in the first place. Not impressed Enterprise.

I had a great experience at this Enterprise rental office. I rented a high-top cargo van. The price was a fraction of that from other rental offices. They were easy to work with to reserve the vehicle. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and smooth. I worked with Nick S.and he was helpful, friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely go back the next time I need to rent a vehicle.
