Good service and friendly employee. The car i was rented was a low mileage toyota Corolla fun little car to rent. Will rent from them again
The customer service desk was not helpful. She tried to over charge me incorrectly and when I pointed out she then changed the price. They try as much as possible to rip off customers. I would recommend reserve online or over the phone and just pick up and drop off the car in the appleton international airport location. One good thing about this location is their extended hours.
They had us come all the way there and no cars that's bs
