Absolutely awesome service. East Wisconsin Ave location was on point and Kathryn was polite and professional throughout the checkout process. Just as friendly when I returned the vehicle. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. And they were able to get me into a rental on VERY short notice. Couldn't ask for more. THANKS AVIS!
Not had any problems making reservations. Very nice & respectful. Its pretty easy!
We purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium plus the best warranty package they offered. Before we reached 2500 miles, before the first oil change, the car has had to be towed 3 times. We found out the warranty has a $500 deductible, first repair was $450, second was $350, now the belt broke and over heated engine. Nothing paid out from our $1200 warranty. Waste of money! At least towing was covered up to $100 but that took hours as we talked to someone in GA trying to find local help. We should have recieved a free car rental but the town we broke down in had none and policy states you pay up front and they reinburst. Hardly worth hitch hiking to next town on a weekend. There is also limits depending on how far from home you are. We were 50 miles from home. Too far for towing and yet not far enough away to get a room or rental. Had to pay for a ride home and also to return and pick up fixed car several days later. Worst luck we have ever had with a vehicle and warranty.nnWe had to sell our previous car ourselves because they offered a $800 trade in on a car worth $2500. It took an extra week, which meant buy new plates. Another expense and hassle. I am not sure how i missed the $500 deductible in the fine print, expensive lesson learned. I remember her saying it will pay for itself with first major repair...hasnt paid anything.
