Very helpful staff! Last Monday night (9/21/20) the young man that was working stayed a bit late so that we could come back and retrieve the item that I forgot in the rental. I can't remember the lad's name: Johnny, Donnie, Lonnie???nThe rental car itself was clean and reliable.nWhen we had to extend the rental contract it was very easy to do by phone with the rental staff on duty.nI will be recommending this location to friends.
I cancelled my reservation because of all the awful reviews. When majority are 1 stars, I’m not risking having any hassle the day before I’m suppose to leave for Florida. They earned 2 stars because I received good service at Tampa airport
Had the car I wanted, explained the rental,hours,bringing car back full and debit policy!!nVery fast and friendly service!!nDon't no why people cancel the reservation before trying!?
Have been renting cars from here, very poor selection of cars especially in lower segments. Budget in other cities was a much better experience
I had a couple of very good experiences here. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful, although at times a bit hurried. But this is understandable for a one person office.nOverall everything always goes well here.
