Today while on my way to drop my fiance off at work, I found myself in front of a van from Dependable Express. The driver proceeded to tailgate me so closely I couldn't even see the maker's logo on the front of the van. Then while stopped at a light, waiting for an opening to make a left turn, the driver proceeded to honk her horn and shout profanities at me because I chose not to turn into oncoming traffic. She then proceeded to follow me all the way to my fiance's place of work where she was apparently dropping someone off. I was appalled to see the sign on the side of the car which indicated this was a professional driver. I was even more appalled to learn, when i looked the company up, that she behaved in such a way with a paying passenger in the vehicle.
There service is terrible and they employee's are rude they don't talk to you ina professional way.I don't like they service .I would mot recommend this business establishment to no one.They quick to say a person is a no show when it they fault for not showing up .
Be very careful if you see their black minivan on KK. Their drivers clearly have no respect for travel laws! The women driving this van on 3/28/2016 at about 9:30 passed our car in the bicycle lane at nearly 2 times the speed limit. She appeared to be on her phone and smoking at the same time. She proceeded to pass on the right and drive very fast (much faster than posted limits) all the way to downtown.nnI wouldn't trust her to get me anywhere safely and worry about any cyclist that might be in the bike lane.
Horrible drivers: a Dependable Express driver just blew through my subdivision at well over the posted speed limit, and totally disregarded a stop sign at the intersection. They had better send their employees back to Drivers Ed.
Take good care of their customers. I am very pleased with their service.
