The customer service was phenomenal!!! Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. The only issue I had was ...when I picked up the car I was unaware that a $200 deposit was going to be held on my debit card. I don't recall seeing that information when I reserved the vehicle on the website.

Will never come to this location again. I decided to go on a weekend road trip and wanted to rent a car to put less miles on my car. I wasn’t able to rent it because I had just moved not even a month ago and they needed proof of residence. To rent a car? It was completely out of my control and they wouldn’t even accept any mail that I have received with my address on it, it HAD to be a bill of some sort. Just thought others should be aware if they had just moved because you would never think that would be a problem. I ended up having to put a bunch of miles on my car when they could’ve just taken my business.

Enterprise had the exact vehicle I was interested in renting. The staff made picking up my vehicle a simple and easy process, and I was on my way in minutes. Returning the vehicle took less than 5 minutes. All good.

The rental was set up by the insurance company and they experience was poor. I had to wait a long time to receive a vehicle much smaller than reserved and it smelled like an ash tray. The smell was so powerful it came off on my clothing and I only used the car when absolutely necessary. The only positive was the very friendly employees.
