Flexible rates, new carsud83eudd29. Moe Moosa is really nice agent. He let us pick our rental car out of many choices for our reservation group. Even upgraded it to COOL SUV. much appreciated his services. Definitely I would call him or walk-in for my next reservation.

Deals..Deals.. Deals. I needed a rental for 3 weeks due to my vehicle being in an accident and requiring massive repairs. They were the cheapest offered 30% off on sight and gave me an upgrade for free. The upgrade was nice. I'm thinking about actually purchasing that vehicle now.

There was not good communication about how to pick up, as it is in a urban location. No parking around the building. We received a call from someone on site asking if we were going to pick up the van as they had 5 reservations and only 2 vans. They told us that we needed to get there quickly, before it was gone. I pre-paid for the van and felt the call as inappropriate. When we arrived, there was no respect for COVID-19. The van was not cleaned, we were picking Cheetos off the seat, the floors were still dirty, and had to use an ozone air purifier when we got it home as it smelled of smoke. I see touch less delivery advertised but that was not the case here. An employee drove the van out of the parking garage and did not wipe anything down after he got out and had touched everything. The van continued to leak on the front passenger's legs/feet whenever the air conditioning was on. It was clear there was no COVID-19 precautions taken at this location!
