Hertz Car Rental

Had to get a rental car due to an accident. They worked seamlessly with myself and the insurance company to get me a car while my car was at the body shop. They have a great relationship with the body shop, picking me up from there and allowing me to drop the rental off there as well. Good experience overall.

Frank and the staff here are absolutely amazing very professional friendly they go out their way to make sure that each and every customer is satisfied the vehicles are always clean The staff here makes you feel like family not just a customer I will definitely keep my business at this location they always have a variety of cars to choose from I highly recommend this location if you are looking to rent visit this location you will definitely enjoy the experience here and they’re very efficient they get you in and out

This was not a good experience at all....does not even merit one star.nnThere was no selection to speak of at this shabby location ( downtown Milwaukee ) so we took what they had on hand, a car so dirty it took us 20 minutes and half a container of auto wipes to clean the nasty, sticky interior that actually reeked of urine and cigarettes and had melted candy stuck to the seats in several places....completely unacceptable.nEvery time I start the car the air that comes from the vents is unbearable....like someone is smoking right next to you and there is absolutely no doubt that someone had urinated in this car...it really could not have been worse.nnMy co-workers could not believe we actually accepted this car as is but we were in a hurry and did not have much of a choice.nnConsidering what is going on with this Covid I would think that the cars would at least be sanitized prior to pick up and really hoped that Frank, the rep we were dealing with would rectify this situation after I explained everything to him but he could have cared less.nHe was more of a letdown than the car itself.....very frustrating to be brushed off like this.nHe had the ability to turn this situation around and chose not to.nThis is a rental due to a fender bender and I did let my insurance agent know as well, they were not happy as they are paying for 80% of this.nnI would strongly recommend using Avis or a different rental company.....this was the pits.
