I have rented cars through this Enterprise car rental location on many occasions. Each time, I am met with a courteous and respectful service member. This time, I reserved a full size car. When I found out that it was snowing where I was traveling, I asked if any of the cars had 4 wheel drive. I was delighted when they gave me a new Jeep Compass Limited instead of a car. The Jeep was fully decked out with heated seats and a heated steering wheel! I loved driving it and appreciated the upgrade since I wanted something more dependable in snow. This Enterprise location has always been great!

My 4 sons and I were heading to Florida for vacation and to visit my 87 year old father. I wanted a newer car with enough room for 4 adults (one son flew) so our trip there and back would be comfortable. The staff was helpful and accommodating and the trip ended without a hitch. Great trip would do it again!

Haley the store manager went above and beyond for me understanding that I wanted a domestic vehicle as a rental vehicle while mine was getting fixed. She found one and delivered it to me personally. I can’t thank her enough for doing that. It made being with out my vehicle a lot easier. Knowing all the controls and the infotainment system are very similar in domestic vehicles versus other brands.

The day I was supposed to pick up a vehicle after my accident they did not have any available for me. The next day I went to pick up a car and Alejandro Pacheco accommodated me exceptionally well. Very nice and courteous and gave me a vehicle to fit my lifestyle. Great guy! Thank you!!

I know things are hard with this pandemic but they really need more people working at a time. I made a reservation 5 days in advance but when I got there there was only one person working and the car wasn't ready for me. She had to find the car, clean it and bring it around. While she was doing all that a couple more customers came in and no one was around to help them. When I brought the car back there were 3 others waiting and only one person again. I wanted to talk to them about the car I rented but she was so busy I felt bad for her. The car I rented stalled twice for me and I thought they should know about it. I just think there should more employees on at one time. Why when the reservation was made 5 days prior to pick up, the car is not ready for me to pick up??
